Yes. Email support, documentation and remote onboarding are included on every plan; Enterprise adds onsite installation and training, a dedicated account manager and a 1-hour support SLA.

Everything in Pro plus 5-year data retention, SSO and SAML, a 99.99% SLA, a dedicated account manager, a custom domain, consolidated multi-site billing, onsite installation and training, and the custom integrations service (two-way ERP connectors, PLC and robot data through the edge device), scoped per project. It is $249 per device per month billed monthly for 1 to 9 devices, and falls with the device count and the contract length like Pro.

### What do the Production Scheduler and Maintain cost?

The Production Scheduler (Scheduling Engine module) starts at $1,500 per month. It adds one board in five views, the optimizer, simulation, ERP import and the operator work queue. Maintain starts at $500 per month. It adds work orders from a downtime, an event, a meter or the floor, preventive recurrence, and Inventory, with parts that move when an order closes. Both run on the machines you already monitor.

### Do I need the 4G/LTE router?

Only if you would rather keep the sensors off the plant network or have no 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi where the machines are. The IoTFlows 4G/LTE router (IFCR-150) gives the sensors their own network and reaches the cloud over cellular, so the plant network is not involved.

### How long is the contract?

Monthly, annual or three years, with the annual and three-year contracts paid monthly or upfront. The per-device price falls with the term and with the number of devices; 50 or more devices are quoted by sales. The calculators on the three product pricing pages show the total for your count.
