IoTFlows Fee Schedule

The IoTFlows Fee Schedule describes certain fees associated with the IoTFlows Services that customers ("you") may purchase from IoTFlows Inc. Any purchase and use of the IoTFlows Services described below are governed by the IoTFlows Terms of Service. Any terms that are capitalized below but not defined in this document have the same meanings specified in the IoTFlows Terms of Service.
Equipment Replacement Fees
Your IoTFlows Service may come with certain equipment, including a SenseAi device, as well as a selection of devices that allow you to access the internet (e.g., a Router, IoTFlows Gateway device, or similar device), and cast your dashboards to a TV screen (e.g., the IoTFlows Cast). The specific equipment you receive will depend on your Service plan, will be disclosed to you during signup, and will also be shown in your IoTFlows account. Regardless of your Service plan, you will be required to pay the applicable Replacement Fee if you lose or damage any of the equipment listed below.
Unless we notify you via e-mail:
- If you cancel all of your Services, you must return all of the equipment provided to you in working condition and with all accessories such as power cables and remote controls.
- If you do not return the applicable equipment in good working order within sixty (60) days after the applicable Service is terminated, you will be responsible for the applicable Replacement Fee(s) below.
You may return any product you purchase within 30 days for a full refund in the form of a credit on your bill. To receive a refund, you must return the product in its original condition including the box it came in, along with its accessories, documentation, and anything else that came with the device (e.g., power cables, remote control, etc.). In certain circumstances, you may be subject to additional fees, of which you will be notified in advance.
