Machine monitoring
Machine monitoring software that works on any machine, with no PLC
Put a sensor on each machine, a magnetic SenseAi or SenseAi Embedded or a BeamTracker part counter, and see within minutes whether it is running, how much of the shift it has run and where the stopped time went. No PLC, no wiring, no IT project. Need PLC, robot or ERP data too? Enterprise integrations connect it.
Trusted by industry leaders

The first minutes
Mount it, and the machine is on the board. No PLC, no wiring.
- 1
Mount it. SenseAi and SenseAi Embedded hold on with a magnet; BeamTracker bolts on. Every one is mounted in minutes.
- 2
Connect it. It joins plant Wi-Fi or the IoTFlows 4G/LTE router (IFCR-150) and is online in seconds.
- 3
Watch it. The machine appears on the Assets page, running or stopped, second by second.
No typing, and no waiting for the shift report.
Views
One live board. Four ways to dig in.
The Assets page above shows every machine live. When you need the why, these four views take you there.
The machine page
Everything about one machine: live status, uptime against its goal, part counts and its health.
The Advanced Report
Uptime and downtime by day, week, month, quarter or year, for every machine and department.
Canvas
Your floor plan, live. Place and turn each machine where it stands.
Downtimes
The reasons that cost you the most hours, by day, week, month, quarter or year, for any shift or machine.
Downtime
Downtime with a reason, not a guess
Every stop is caught automatically, and IoTFlows classifies the routine ones for you: short pauses, shift starts and ends, idle shifts and scheduled breaks.
Operators tag the rest in a tap, at the machine, on a shared tablet or from their phone, using the categories you set, so the list that is left is the one worth fixing. A stop that needs a repair becomes a work order in Maintain from the same screen. More on downtime tracking.
Machine health
Machine health from SenseAi Embedded
SenseAi Embedded reads vibration and temperature right at the motor or spindle. Every machine gets a health score against its own baseline or an ISO 10816 class, with the spectrum and trends behind it.
When the score drops, the right people hear about it, and the work order can open on its own. More on predictive maintenance.
Meters
Maintenance on real runtime, not the calendar
Any monitored machine can carry meters that count its runtime hours or parts, straight from the sensor. IoTFlows emails your team as a meter nears its trigger and opens the work order in Maintain when it gets there.
Grease a spindle every 2,000 hours or inspect a press every 100,000 parts, when the machine has earned it. How meters work.
People
Operators, wallboards and apps
Operator View gives every machine a full-screen station for part counts, downtime, jobs and notes. Pair a shared tablet to a machine and each sign-in clocks the operator in.
Put the Assets page on any shop-floor TV with the Google TV app, and take alerts, work orders and chat anywhere in the iOS and Android apps.
Reports
Reports that email themselves
Build a report once and IoTFlows emails it every day, week or month to the people who need it.
Or export it to CSV or PDF, filters included.

Customer Testimonials
50% less shift-changeover downtime
"Where was downtime actually coming from? We had no idea until we started using IoTFlows SenseAi. By tracking downtime categorization week to week and month to month, we could see exactly where our biggest problems were and track whether our fixes actually worked."
2x machine utilization
Chemical bath timing errors went to zero.
"SenseAi gave us eyes we never had before. Our team leaders can instantly see which machines are running, which are down, and identify issues immediately instead of discovering them hours later. That visibility transformed our ability to manage production."

< 1 week from the box to monitored machines
87% of downtime now has a root cause, and resolution is 60% faster.
"The speed of implementation was remarkable. We went from limited visibility to complete operational transparency in less than a week. We’re now identifying inefficiencies we didn’t even know existed. IoTFlows has fundamentally changed how we approach manufacturing optimization."

Zero silent failures
"Continuous vibration monitoring gave us eyes we never had before. We can see tool crashes that would have been invisible, identify the exact moment and severity, and pull historical data to understand what went wrong."
Questions people ask
Five views: the Assets page, each machine’s page, Downtimes, the Advanced Report and the Canvas floor plan. Downtime categories under severity headings, with required notes and planned-downtime flags, and four automatic classification rules plus break windows. Machine health from SenseAi Embedded: a health score, seven operations metrics, an FFT with harmonics and 14 metric trends, judged against Dynamic Baseline, four ISO 10816 classes or eight machine-type profiles. Meters that count runtime hours or parts and open maintenance work orders at a trigger point. Operator View, paired operator stations and Google TV wallboards. Reports that email themselves on a daily to yearly schedule, and seven CSV or PDF exports that carry the filters on screen. Devices connect out to the IoTFlows cloud over HTTPS on port 443, and the IoTFlows 4G/LTE router (IFCR-150) keeps them off the plant network.
Yes. SenseAi and SenseAi Embedded read vibration from the outside of the machine (SenseAi adds sound, SenseAi Embedded adds temperature), and BeamTracker counts parts crossing a laser beam. None of them connects to the controls, so a 30-year-old press reports the same way a new cell does. Plants that also want PLC, robot or ERP data add it through an Enterprise custom integration.
SenseAi and SenseAi Embedded attach magnetically in seconds and calibrate in under five minutes, and BeamTracker bolts on in under 10 minutes. A device reads online within seconds of joining Wi-Fi or the router, and its machine shows its status on the Assets page from then on.
Uptime is the time a machine spends running divided by running plus stopped time, inside the shifts you define. Time when the sensor was offline is reported separately as unknown time, and breaks you mark as None sit outside both, so the number is never inflated by what the sensor could not see.
Factor by factor. Availability comes from running and stopped time and performance from parts counted against the ideal cycle time, both measured automatically by the sensor. Quality comes from the scrap your operators log with a reason. Each factor is reported on its own, so you see which one is costing you.
Yes, from the status bar, the machine page, Operator View on a shared tablet, or the phone app. They pick a reason from the categories you define, with a note where you require one. Four organization-wide rules classify the stops nobody should have to touch: short stops, shift start, shift end and whole-shift stops, plus break windows.
Yes. Expand the Assets page to full screen, or install the IoTFlows app on a Chromecast with Google TV, pair it with the code it shows and send it any dashboard URL. Paired screens reload on boot.
Anything that vibrates, moves or produces countable output: CNC mills, lathes, grinders and EDMs, stamping presses and press brakes, injection molding machines, packaging and assembly lines, laser cutters and waterjets, robotic cells. SenseAi Embedded, with its IP67 housing, covers washdown and outdoor positions.
Alerts go to email, SMS, push, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord and signed webhooks on every plan. Schedules import from any ERP export. A REST API with an IoTFlows-issued key is documented at the API reference. Two-way ERP connectors and PLC or robot data are built per project for Enterprise customers.
