Software
Smarter laser monitoring for any production line
BeamTracker counts each unit that breaks its laser beam, with ±2% count accuracy, and the time between counts tells when the line runs and when it stops, with no PLC and no wiring into the controls. IoTFlows turns that into part counts and throughput, utilization and running time, downtime with reasons, and history by day, week, month, quarter or year, with alerts and work orders on the web dashboard, the iOS and Android apps and the screens on your floor.
