Mounting
SenseAi mounts magnetically on a flat, stable steel or iron surface on or near the machine, as close as you can to the spindle or main motor; paint makes no difference. It attaches magnetically in seconds and calibrates in under five minutes, and IoTFlows registers each sensor to its machine before it ships. To move it, lift it off: nothing on the machine changes.

AI-powered production monitoring for any machine
SenseAi reads a machine’s vibration and sound from its own frame, with no PLC and no wiring into the controls. IoTFlows turns that into machine status in real time, uptime and utilization, downtime with reasons, part counts and cycle times, and vibration health trends and shock events, with alerts and work orders, on the web dashboard, the iOS and Android apps and the screens on your floor.

SenseAi runs on USB-C at 5 V, 500 mA minimum, from the supplied USB-C power adapter and 10 ft cable. A spare machine USB port that supplies at least 500 mA works too, with a USB-A to USB-C adapter on the supplied cable.
