Mounting
SenseAi Embedded mounts magnetically on a clean steel or iron surface on the motor, the spindle or the housing that carries them; paint makes no difference. The housing is sealed, so mount it near the source, through coolant, cutting fluid and washdown. It attaches magnetically in seconds and calibrates in under five minutes, and IoTFlows registers each sensor to its machine before it ships. To move it, lift it off: nothing on the machine changes.

Software
AI-powered production monitoring for any machine
SenseAi Embedded reads vibration and temperature at the motor, spindle or housing it is mounted on, with no PLC and no wiring into the controls. IoTFlows turns that into machine status in real time, uptime and utilization, downtime with reasons, part counts and cycle times, and machine health: a health score against a baseline profile, operations metrics such as bearing health and imbalance, the vibration spectrum, X, Y and Z trends and shock events, and the temperature, with alerts and work orders on the web dashboard and the iOS and Android apps.

SenseAi Embedded runs on 4.5 to 28 V DC over an industrial M12 connector (5-pin, A-coded) with a locking collar: from the M12 power adapter into a standard 100 to 240 V AC outlet, or piggy-backed through an M12 T-splitter to power units mounted close together from one supply.
